Senior ER Consultant / Lead

Senior ER Consultant / Lead, 45K - 50K + benefits, West London

Our client, a leading multi-site consumer brand, is looking for a Senior ER Consultant to join the ER team as the senior member of the team, deputising for the Head of ER and supporting them on strategic projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Coaching and mentoring the rest of the ER team on their daily activities
• Leading complex cases up to Tribunal across the UK
• Upskilling line managers across the UK in ER and Employee issues
• Ensure best practice is implemented as timely and efficiently as possible to avoid escalations
• Ad-hoc ER projects

We are looking for an experienced ER or HR Advisor/ Consultant, with expertise in ER and a proven track record in managing high volume of complex cases. Experience of Tribunals and dealing with ACAS is essential.
