A retail conglomerate with a substantial UK across multiple well-regarded high street brands is looking for as estates expert to join their Estates Management team to source opportunities in the portfolio for commercially beneficial initiatives.

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Review the current portfolio and outline the data around present and upcoming lease events.
• Put together recommendations, reports and plans for opportunities to be ceased upon within the current portfolio that would be commercially viable and beneficial.
• Deliver cost saving initiatives through means of negotiations around lease events, rent reviews and so on.

Experience

• Experience in property portfolio management.
• Ideally having worked with a retail portfolio.
• Previous experience with CVAs is beneficial.
• Track record in delivering operational cost savings in real estate.
