Senior Finance Business Partner

Investigo are currently recruiting an interim finance business partner role for a retail business based in Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role will be initially for a 3 month period with the probability of extending to 12 months.

The role will involve:

* Completing the month end activities including accruals, balance sheet reconciliations
* Preparing the monthly forecast submissions.
* Supporting the annual labour spend planning process for sites.
* Supporting the Operations to ensure site scheduling and financial forecasts are aligned.
* Act as the key point of contact for labour model assumptions - work closely with business to ensure the assumptions in the labour forecasting tool are up to date and robust.
* Producing insights to support and drive business improvement.
* Producing the quarterly labour plans and distribute to sites.
* Supporting the roll out of a new labour resource and financial budgeting tool.

You will be a qualified accountant with strong business partnering skills gained in a larger business ideally retail or FMCG. A team player, you will have proven experience of building robust relationships with stakeholders and have the ability to confidently manipulate large amounts of data.
This role requires a start in January 2020, paying c. £350 a day
