Senior Finance Business Partner

Investigo are currently partnering a Global organisation in Central Surrey to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. You play a key role in supporting the Head of Finance in driving the strategy and playing a key role in the growth of it's biggest business units.

Duties include

• Lead Financial Planning, Analysis & reporting for the UK & I business to deliver timely and accurate financial information internally and externally
• Use FP&A insights to identify value opportunities
• Act as a strategic Finance Partner to the largest BU to ensure financial targets and commitments are met as well as ensuring year on year top and bottom line leveraged growth is achieved.
• Lead Annual Plan and Quarterly Forecast processes, effectively planning and coordinating between budget holders and leading to timely submission to region and corporate
• provide strategic Finance Partnering for BU in partnership with Commercial team.
• Supervise and develop 1 direct report

Our client is looking for the following:

• Qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA
• Strong commercial awareness, including taking numbers and developing this into meaningful analysis for decision making
• Previously worked in a Multi National organisation
• Ability to partner and influence both finance and non finance staff
• Experience of working in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG or Retail would be a strong advantage
