Senior Finance Business Partner

Investigo are recruiting a 12-month Finance Business Partner role for a progressive property company based in central London, who are going through a big growth period. They are looking for a qualified professional with preferably an audit background, and it pays up to £60,000.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for major components of the business/management reporting of the Group
• Working closely with management & operations, combining financial & non-financial information to aid commercial decision making

• Reporting to the board & shareholders commercial & financial performance.
• Act as a finance business / commercial partner working closely with key operations senior stakeholders; driving business performance and understanding, including to Senior Management
• Provide regular short and long-term business forecasts
• Help drive key insights and analytics in operating areas to inform strategic decision-making
• Execute month-end and quarter-end reporting, combining financials with business explanation and analysis

• Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives
• Assist in developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials

Role requirements

• Qualified accountant with 1 years + PQE gained in a similar financial role in industry
• Ideally coming from an audit background
• Property industry experience desirable but not essential
• Highly commercial and analytical mindset required in a fast paced, and growth sector
• Strong Data analytical skills (utilising financial, Microsoft and data management systems)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail; organisational skills;
• Energetic, enthusiastic and hard-working and will have a positive approach to challenges, thinking creatively to solve problems
• Excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining the ability to see the big picture
• Ability to think ahead and anticipate issues and solutions
