Senior Finance Business Partner | 12-Month FTC | Hybrid

I'm working with a highly desirable, fast-paced organisation on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal commercial role supporting one of the core growth areas of the business - ideal for someone who thrives on adding value, driving insight, and influencing strategic decision-making.

In this role, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, lead a high-performing team, and take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across a critical portfolio.

The Role

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of 3, ensuring high-quality output and strong business collaboration
• Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle for a key growth division
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing insightful commercial analysis and recommendations
• Deliver robust month-end reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling
• Influence strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance optimisation
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting

What We're Looking For

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial and business partnering experience
• Proven success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into meaningful insight
