Senior Finance Manager

Senior Finance Manager required for my highly successful group within the FMCG sector who supply a quality range of goods to the major retailers.

Following a restructure this newly created post will report directly into the Head of Finance and will gain day to day exposure to the senior management and Board within each of the Groups divisions assisting with strategic insight to maximise future opportunities and reducing risk.

As Senior Finance Manager you will gain a clear operational understanding of each of the division's activities and trading position whilst providing advice, ideas and a consolidated overview to the Board to assist in decision making and investment and on-going commercial activities.

Accountabilities and duties include: Leading the consolidations of the divisions for management and Financial reporting. Preparation of Monthly Group Management Accounts along with analysis of profit, cash-flow, working capital and liquidity.

Maintain Statutory consolidations and management of the annual audit processes and preparation of Annual statutory accounts

Active participation in the annual Budgeting process including review of the divisional consolidated budgets

Proactive monitoring of KPI's and reporting against these requirements

Assisting with the Financial Transformation including working with finance and non-finance stakeholders to identify improvements across the business.

This role is perfectly suited to a qualified Finance Manager who has exposure within a Group Finance team looking to develop and grow within a fast moving and highly commercial business.

You will be an ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant with circa 2 to 6 years post qualified experience looking for a senior finance role within a fast-moving and investing business.
