Senior Global Finance Transformation Manager

A leading Fortune 500 business based in London is currently looking to recruit a Global Finance Transformation Manager for their head office. The role will take a lead in designing and implementing the R2R & OTC processes for the group focusing on both process and Systems transformations. Managing a small team, this role will be expected to business partner across a senior level within the organisation to deliver the end solution.

Key responsibilities include;

• Leads on the day-to-day execution of activities across the Finance Transformation program.
• Designs and drives Finance/system/process change initiatives and activities for projects across R2R and OTC
• Create specific business cases in line with the program for resource planning and additional modules.
• Manage the risk and opportunities of the Project delivery (including cost management)
• Reports on metrics to measure all project benefits, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Business Partners with with cross functional teams to manage the communication and timescales of the Project
• Adhoc Projects

Key qualifications

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience within Finance Transformation / SSC environment
• Ideally experience across R2R & OTC
• Systems experience
• Strong Communication / Project Management capability
