Senior HR Business Partner - London - 70K to 80K (12 month FTC)

A leading Fintech organisation is recruiting for Senior HR Business Partner to join on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a standalone role, reporting into the Head of People and Programme Director, responsible for leading and delivering a critical transformation programme. This includes resource management and recruitment, and transitioning interim workforce onto contracts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent HR Business Partnering skills with proven experience partnering and delivering within highly commercial, growing organisations. Demonstrable experience delivering programmes, change management, redundancy and IR35 knowledge would be key. Be an excellent collaborator with the ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders and complex key stakeholders. Have the ability to work autonomously and drive change within an ambiguous environment.
