Senior HR Business Partner

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading UK business in the recruitment for a senior HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract to be based in Northampton with regular UK travel.

Reporting into the HR Director, this role will be accountable for managing the development of a UK recognised business and its people.

With an agenda of growth, this organisation is looking to gain market share and recognises that it's people will play the integral part in its success.

As the Senior BP, you will be accountable for parting the Leadership team in developing the HR strategy with a key focus on the following:

• Talent - Attraction, Retention and Succession
• Reward - Creating marketing leading incentives
• Organisational Design - Developing HR strategies to meet the commercial business needs
• Cultural and Engagement - Creating a working environment to promote success and growth

This is a great opportunity for an immediately available Senior HRBP (of someone on short notice) to join an instantly recognisable brand on a very exciting journey.

You will be a proven BP who is passionate, engaging and used to providing innovate People solutions to meet business needs.

Whilst based in Northampton, you must be able to travel on a regular basis across the UK sites.
