Senior 3rd Line Support Engineer - Hybrid working model of East Midlands and Remote

My client in East Midlands is looking for a senior 3rd Line support Engineer who has experience of:

Windows server,

AD,

SCCM,

Networking LANs and WANs, (switches and firewalls),

Backup technologies,

Standard integrations for SaaS, & PaaS,

AV platforms,

Security principles,

VMware, or Hyper-V,

Office 365 & Azure.

You will be customer centric with a customer first mindset and you will have the ability to pick things up quickly, able to ascertain the key issue within complex problems and come up with solutions.
