Senior Medical Writer - Promotional Med Ed - remote (to $100K)

The Opportunity

A well-established NJ based promotional medical education agency seeks Medical Writers to help with it's continued expansion.

The Company is focused on delivering high quality programs and high quality service, and provides tactical direction in executing strategic and robust medical education plans for a range of pharmaceutical clients.

We are looking for a number of experienced Medical Writers with agency experience to develop and implement med ed campaigns across a range of therapeutic areas. You will combine your clinical and scientific knowledge with your strong writing and communication skills to ensure the development of high-quality content.

Day to day role:

• Creating content for deliverables to a high standard of quality in a reasonable timeframe
• Producing high quality scientific and clinical content that meets client expectations and industry standards
• Flexibility in writing style and approach based upon deliverable and target audiences
• Developing expertise in therapeutic areas relevant to need and assignment
• Collaborating with the client
• Collaborating with authors and KOL's
• Participating in live events

Required skills and background:

· Between 1 - 4 years working as a medical writer (agency experience preferred)

· Relevant degree (MS or above)

· Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders

· Strategic, creative and critical mind-set

· Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and execute on multiple tasks

· Ability to prioritize and organize work, meet deadlines, and multitask

· Contribute to a positive, fun and collaborative work culture

Compensation

We are currently seeking Medical Writers and Senior Medical Writers. The compensation package is competitive and runs $80-$100K dependent upon experience.
