Job description

Process Improvement Consultant required by a leading insurance organsation located in London (City). Positioned within the Continuous Improvement Function you will be responsible for leading and contributing to process improvement initially focused on underwriting, but long term will be involved with the broader business. This is a newly created function fully backed at board level and will offer significant career opportunities moving forward. Candidates will need to have a proven track record of process improvement with experience of putting in place process matrix.

Required experience

  • Proven track record of process improvement having led multiple process improvement reviews.
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Lean Six Sigma qualifications would be highly beneficial
  • Experience of facilitating meetings and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
