Senior Programme Manager, Op Model Delivery

Our client is a leading professional services business that due to growth needs to complete a redesign of their Op Model within the Business Operations division. The business has had a consultancy in to advise on the blueprint for their new Operating Model and they are now looking for an experienced Programme Manager to own and deliver the programme. The programme will have a strong people impact, so they are looking for a candidate with strong change management experience.

• Lead and manage the delivery of the programme
• Provide delivery input and management where required throughout project scoping and investment approval process.
• Work with external/internal suppliers to develop project plans, detailing tasks and milestones and taking into account dependencies on other projects across the portfolios.
• Achieve successful delivery of assigned projects
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, to scope, within budget, and to agreed quality parameters.
• Ensure project expenditure is managed and reported on within budget
• Proactively manage issues, risks and constraints.
• Participate fully in PMO Portfolio meetings, providing updates on milestones and deliverables.
• Spend time with key project stakeholders, generating a solid understanding of the project and its anticipated benefits, maintaining good relationships and managing appropriate Steering Committees.
• Establish and maintain good communication and collaboration with other parts of the business

In order to be an appropriate candidate for this role, you will have the following experience:

• Proven experience leading large scale Programmes
• Exposure gained supporting delivery of Op Model
• Technology Change experience, ideally experience implementing ERP
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong People & Change experience
• Experienced gained operating in a regulatory environment desirable
