Senior Project Manager

A leading commercial real estate consultancy are looking to hire Project Managers with experience of Office Fit-Out projects. This company is renowned for working on challenging projects for high-end clients on a global scale and they would suit an ambitious Project Manager who enjoys working to high standards in a timely and cost effective manner. The commercial fit-out team, based in Central London, is looking to expand by bringing in 2 Project Managers, 2 Senior Project Managers and an Associate Director to work on both ongoing and new projects. This is will be an exciting time to join a team with a strong and comprehensive market strategy, exemplified by their desire to strengthen their Project Management team.

Experience of working on commercial fit-out projects is expected for this role. Ideally this will be in a consultancy setting, however they will also consider Project Managers who have been working client side or for a main contractor. It is important the Project Managers represent the company well in front of key stakeholders, hence you should be confident in a client-facing scenario.

Typical projects range between £2m and £5m in value and experience with Project Delivery at this level would be preferable. At Associate Director level, they would also value exposure to Programme Management as this skill would benefit the wider team.

Required Skills / Experience

• Minimum of 2 years Project Manager experience (Construction / Real Estate sector only)
• Knowledge of office / commercial fit-out projects (between £2-5m in value)
• Knowledge of how to set out project goals and deliverables
• Proven ability to keep projects within budget and time deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and able to lead meetings with other disciplines and clients
