Senior Recruitment Partner

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading International business in the recruitment for a Senior Recruitment Partner to be based in Hertfordshire.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a stand-alone role with accountability for Senior hires on a global scale.

Within this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing the Global Resourcing strategy to attract Talent across Europe and Asia Pac.

You will have full ownership of recruitment best practices including Brand Awareness, EVP and attraction.

Given the Global scale of this role, you will need to source strategic partners in country to meet the recruitment demands.

As the senior Partner, you will work with the senior management across the business and therefore you must be able to demonstrate managing senior stakeholders.

We are looking for a proven Senior In-House Recruiter who has managed campaigns on a global scale.

You will will have recruited at Exec to Senior management level across multi-disciplines.
