Senior Surveyor - Loan Security Valuation - £45k-£55k+Bonus

An exciting opportunity to join a growing team of experienced commercial valuers in London. The role includes undertaking valuations of both commercial and mixed-use properties for loan security reasons.

The Role:

• Undertake valuations of both commercial and mixed-use properties across London and The Home Counties for loan security purposes.
• Focus around expanding your knowledge on financial reporting and fund valuations.
• Working with traditional high street lenders, alternative lenders, corporate clients and international funds.

The Person:

• MRICS or equivalent.
• The ability to integrate well within a team and other business lines in the network.
• Proven record in valuations of a wide range of commercial property.
