Senior Surveyor - Valuations - £45-55,000

A rare and exciting opportunity for a Surveyor to join one of the top Real Estate Consultancies in London who have very ambitious and realistic growth plans. Working closely with the Directors across the business you will be provided a clear growth path with high levels of training whilst gaining unrivalled experience.

The Role:

• Provide valuation advice on logistic assets, commercial investment and development properties within the UK.
• Provide advice on behalf of lenders, investors and investment valuations for a mixture of accounting purposes.
• Have strong client liaison skills with the ability to maintain and win new business.
• The ability to integrate well within a team and other business lines in the network.

The Person:

• MRICS or equivalent.
• Strong valuation and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail when writing valuation reports.
• Organised and time management skills required to meet strict deadlines.
