Service Architect / Service Design, SC & NPPV3 environment.

ICT Service Architect to design and deploy service management for a programme of work to deliver a number of new ICT services. Given the urgency and secure nature of the work, current SC Clearance and NPPV3 clearance are essential.

Skills / Experience:

Extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing sustainable and scalable service management processes and procedures.

Experience in selecting and applying service management principles, policies and techniques in complex operational environments.

User focused with ability to identify and understand the (internal and/or external) stakeholders' needs.

Displays a high degree of knowledge relating to service management and ITSM toolsets.

Experience as a service architect/consultant with excellent design experience.

ITIL Manager or ITIL V3 Expert consultant qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
