Service Delivery Manager - Hybrid- Remote and Manchester
The UK and Ireland region of a complex, Global, Business are embarking on a transformation programme which will see significant change in their IT landscape and organisation. They are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to work closely with the Transformation Director, in an environment where there is significant legacy infrastructure, immature processes and multiple operational and supplier issues and challenges.
This role is about working closely with the Transformation Director, tackling and addressing issues as and when they are uncovered and delivering a combination of quick wins and longer term change.
The role is 6 months, and they need a experienced Service Delivery Manager who is au fait with legacy infrastructure environments, as well as maturing technology functions. You should have good experience and awareness of good practice eg. ITIL. No specific sector experience is required.
