Job description


An exciting opportunity to truly make a difference within a branch of one of our key national public services has become available! My client is on the hunt for a Service Designer.
Role requirements are as follows:

  • Create and own the Service Strategy
  • Responsible for the delivery of the Service Design.


This includes:

  • Catalogue management
  • Availability management
  • Service Level Management
  • Capacity Management
  • IT Service Continuity management
  • Information Security management
  • Supplier management
  • Lead on all Application into Service (AiS) processes
  • Business Transformation experience within complex environments.
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing and designing support models within complex environments,
  • Proven experience working as a lead Service Manager/designer on a Transformation programme


Understand and put in place Business as Usual activities required to support the programme with the business change teams, policy teams and assurance teams. Identify owners and ensure these are mobilised.
