Snr Digital Delivery Manager - Shared Applications Service. Current SC security clearance is essential to meet deployment timescales.

Key role to support the transition of application development and support in-house. Leading the soft-landing of critical applications and services into an in-house team of Civil Servant DevOps and Software Developers. You will be expected to deliver to cost and quality standards, managing risks and dependencies across multiple engineering teams. You will also leverage supplier frameworks where necessary. You will manage the on-boarding of between 5 and 10 applications and services, working closely with Product Managers in order to deliver value against the product vision. You will work with senior stakeholders, effectively translating technical concepts and influencing where necessary.

Essential:

* A qualification in a recognised delivery methodology (e.g. Scrum, Lean Kanban, SAFe, Prince 2) and/or commercial experience.
* Relevant technical delivery management or technical project management experience

Desirable skills/experience:

• Adapting approaches to different phases of the delivery life-cycle
• Understanding what good governance looks like and how to implement improvements
• Contributing to a Community of Practice
• Portfolio delivery experience
• Awareness of key developer technologies (Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub.

£750 per day - gross umbrella rate inside IR35.

Current Live SC clearance is required.
