Solution Architect

Responsible for supporting project design activities.
▪ To provide the necessary analysis and design tasks related to the development of a solutions architecture.
▪ To create deliverables that help develop a direction for managing the organisation's portfolio of "to be" and "as is" solutions - including systems (meaning not just applications, but also processes and information), shared infrastructure services, and shared application services to better match targeted business outcome objectives.
▪ To leverage and use technology solutions to enable the organisation's future-state business capabilities that, in turn, drive the organisation's targeted outcomes.
▪ To facilitate and orchestrate the delivery of targeted business outcomes.
▪ May be assisted by Senior Solution Architect to perform this role.
▪ To work across a number of low risk business focused projects under the guidance of senior architects.

The key to this role is being a personable and confident in presenting technical ideas to non-technical staff members.
