Solvency II Reporting Manager

Our client a global insurer has a requirement for a Solvency II Reporting Manager / SME to join their London based team.

Key responsibilities:

• Granular financial data, quarterly and annual QRTs, NSTs and other local regulatory and industry body reporting submissions
• Produce granular legal entity financial data using different data sources and be responsible for reconciliations and integrity of the data reported under tight deadlines

• Produce legal entity economic balance sheet using the SII methodology and basis of preparation and be responsible for reconciliations and integrity of the data reported

• Work closely with India FC responsible for SII production activates to coordinate, review and validate SII results with the Head of SII reporting
• Process documentation of new BAU local regulatory reporting activities

Skills and experience:

• Previous Management experience
• Strong accounting technical knowledge
• Experience in financial and regulatory reporting across multiple basis ideally in the insurance sector.
• Strong detailed analytical skills (predictive analytics)
• Advanced excel modelling skills.
• Strong understanding of Solvency II data governance and SOX controls
• US GAAP/IFRS/Solvency II/UK GAAP/Solvency I
