Spanish speaking CIO

The role will involve

• IT

• ERP upgrade
• CRM roll out - B2C rather than B2B
• Commercial - focused on using technology to generate group EBITDA, not siloed purely in IT
• Marketing
• Multi-site experience
• Shift marketing budget from offline to online
• Drive campaigns with Google and upgrading websites (focus on multi-site w/ local / mobile as focus areas

You will need to have experience of:

• Spanish speaker, able to converse in business level Spanish
• Upwardly managing senior stakeholders, CEO/CFO/etc,
• Experience of multiple digital marketing initiatives (ideally in multi-sites environment): marketing mix, paid searches and SEO
• Experience in Agile/next generation technologies and ways of working - not "yesterday's IT approach"
• Have led/supervised IT change journeys (ERP upgrades, procurement systems, CRM, etc)
