Job description
Global management consulting practice that focuses on mergers & acquisitions, and commercial due diligence for private equity, hospital/healthcare platforms, and medical device manufacturing clients seeks a senior engagement manager to join there dynamic team! Appropriate candidates are required to have 4+ years of healthcare sector experience with deals management consulting and commercial due diligence in their background.
Required experience:
- 4+ yrs experience with growth strategy or M&A consulting
- 3+ yrs of commercial due diligence experience
- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
- Be involved in the financial management of clients
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
- Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
- Train, coach, and supervise staff
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
- Assist proactively in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
- Contribute to the development of own and team's technical acumen.
- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues.
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
- Delivering significant business results that reflects strategic and creative thinking, sharp analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to frame complex problems and apply creative analytics to formulate a pragmatic solution;
- Applying sound fact based statistical/mathematical approaches e.g. segmentation, regression to solving commercial problems;
- Participating actively in client or Target company management discussions to gather data and understand issues;
- Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex commercial data leveraging strategic analysis techniques and develop client deliverables;
- Developing a high-level road-maps of structural commercial performance improvement initiatives;
