Investigo are delighted to be supporting a large, well known retailer with their recruitment of a Stores Performance Manager, on a permanent basis.


Reporting to the Head of Operation Finance, the Stores Performance Manager will be responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and support to the Store Operations leadership team. The Store Performance Manager will partner with the Stores senior team to provide them insight and challenge, that will drive improved sales and margin performance and cost efficiency. They will work closely with the Operations Reporting and Accounting Manager to deliver timely and accurate month end reporting with insightful analysis of key cost areas, partnering the senior operations team to understand cost drivers and collaboratively provide concise but insightful monthly sales commentary for use in reporting and month end reviews. The Stores Performance Manager will deliver store level sales, margin and stock budgets/forecasts in collaboration with operations team, ensuring sufficient challenge has been given to stretch stores and drive a winning performance, and they will manage daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting ensuring the information is accurate and remains in line with the requirements of the store operations and trading team, ensuring the senior team from store operations understand the financial information they receive and support them in using performance metrics to drive cost and efficiency improvements.


The successful Candidate will be a professionally qualified individual with 2-8 years PQE, and exceptional commercial accounting skills. They will be a strong business partner who has the ability to drive sales and profitability across the business.


Our Client is offering a basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits.
