Job description
Our client is a global tech corporation with a large-scale focus in the B2C sector, currently looking for a Strategic Pricing Lead to change the pricing operations.
They are an established brand with ambitious growth plans that are reliant on the evolving strategy of the pricing team. The firm is making significant changes to their pricing strategy in the coming years and are in need for a senior pricing expert to take the lead.
This is an exciting opportunity to have a leading analytical and market-facing role when it comes to all areas of pricing, alongside large ownership and global exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure pricing recommendations are based on relevant pricing analytics, consumer information and market strategy
- Maintain a consistent approach across pricing recommendations
- Ensure pricing analytics are in line with internal pricing recommendations
- Ensure pricing strategies coincide with market price elasticities
- Establish best practice across all pricing decisions
- Conduct performance review of pricing outcomes to represent future strategy
- Ensure that the pricing approach is aligned with the balanced scorecard
Requirements:
- Analytical pricing knowledge on a high level, preferably in a global B2C organisation
- Experience of leading development and maintenance of extensive pricing strategies
- Experience of price bundling and payment pricing approaches
- Experience of subscription model pricing, preferable
- Experience of multi-channel pricing
- Strong Excel modelling skills
