SuccessFactors System Administrator

I am currently looking for multiple SAP SuccessFactors System Administrators to join our customer on a permanent basis.

They are looking for individuals who have experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the global processes and system(s) within SME specialised area.
• Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups
• Partner with key stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, Technology and vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience
• Accountable for the configuration, maintenance and operation of the system(s)
• Responsible for managing SaaS Updates and change requests
• Responsible for providing in-life support for colleague issues

Experience:

• 2-5 years of SuccessFactors experince
• Understanding of the HR function within a global corporate organisation including local HR legislation impacts on systems and processes
• Experience of working e2e across a service delivery value chain
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Clear thinker with vision, passion and energy
• Strong attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of the HR SaaS solution
• Excellent documentation and written communication skills (workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.)
• Experience in requirements gathering and driving true SaaS adoption
• Understanding of basic XML concepts, system development and testing
• Understanding of GUI; radio button, pick lists, and other configuration items
• Working knowledge of tools used in a run team environment e.g. ticketing tools, testing
