SuccessFactors Product Owner - Reporting & Analytics

Our clients requires a SucsessFactors Product Owner to be based at their offices in Birmingham.

You'll have the following responsibilities

• Accountable for the global processes and system(s) within the specialised area Reporting & Analytics
• Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups
• Consult and inform key senior stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, Technology and product vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience.
• Responsible for working with the Analytics COE to build an understanding of current business objectives, become fluent in Product and business KPIs. Contribute/initiate ideas on which metrics to build to improve the product
• Responsible for ensuring that you and your team are informed on SAP's product roadmap and in influencing their direction of travel by submitting product enhancement requests

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Understanding of the HR function including local HR legislation impacts on systems and processes
• Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics solution, HR data and data structures, as well as an appreciation of the importance of data protection & security within the HR system landscape
• An awareness of different types of reporting methodologies and products and their appropriate usage - from operational reporting through to business analytics and data warehousing
• In-depth knowledge of an Analytics SaaS solution, ideally SAP Workforce Analytics
• Knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools and languages
