System Analyst

I am currently working with a leading consumer engagement agency who are on the lookout for a System Analyst to sit within their Global IT team.

Role responsibilities:

• Provide support to end-users on day to day issues
• Provide coverage for data entry and manipulation, as it relates to data updates, policy changes, etc.
• Work with business and other team members to identify and recommend system improvements
• Support the Commercial and Marketing Operations teams in projects to improve workflow processes
• Configure, test and implement solutions.
• Work with users to develop and execute User Acceptance Tests

Skills and Experience needed:

• Experience with or exposure to NetSuite or NetSuite OpenAir
• Experience within an Agency or professional services organisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Inquisitive nature and curiosity to understand the business and how it operates
• A commercial mindset; ability to prioritise issues which have the greatest operational impact
