Systems Analyst

Investigo are working with a leading Health care communication business and are looking for a Systems Analyst to join their business on a temporary contract for 5-6 months. This is an immediate start in a fantastic business.

Essentially you will be the first point of contact for any SAP/Altair issues raised by agency employees.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating system issues or updates to all agencies in a clear and concise manner
• Knowledge sharing with finance team on issues and enhancements
• Assigning new users with appropriate Altair roles only - Directing all issues to relevant teams
• Undertaking a monthly audit of access rights in Altair to a high standard so that it will pass internal FMC audit - Ensure that all employees have appropriate access, while maintaining a segregation of duties
• Producing and distributing weekly time sheet status report - Ensure that report is accurate, all current employees are listed on the report and all employees are assigned to the correct agency
• Producing the weekly open jobs report as requested
• Organising and conducting UAT for any system changes and enhancements in tandem with senior finance analyst
• Proactively identify improvements to the SAP system and request these through system enhancement request
• Tasks delegated by the systems finance manager

Skills/Attributes:

• Advances knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Multi task and proactive
• Experience in a similar industry is advantageous
