Systems Architect / System Architect - clearance sought

A major central government organisation are seeking a Systems Architect to join them on a 12-month contract in London.

Responsibilities:

• Design plan for the delivery of new Technical Capabilities under the overall Project Plan.
• Oversee and deliver any new Technical Capabilities under the Project.
• Lead the involvement of a programme Technical teams during the implementation of new Technical Capabilities to ensure that required background knowledge and skills transfer to 'business as usual' state is undertaken.
• Document and mitigate any identified Risks and undertake all required Project and Corporate Reporting that is required.

Mandatory requirements:

• Prior Knowledge of the Technical Infrastructure of the UK Government Security community and how it all interoperates.
• Experience of designing and delivering new technical capabilities within a Government Security or Law Enforcement environment. Knowledge of the logistical reporting requirements for large scale Projects within a Government organisation.

Owing to the cleared nature of the work, specifics cannot be discussed.

Those higher levels of clearance will be the preferred candidates.
