Technical Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst - ASAP Start - Remote based role with occasional travel to SW England

My client is a Wholesale / Retail / Supply Chain sector client and they are looking to hire an interim Technical Business Analyst for an Outside IR35 engagement, likely to last for an initial 6 months. Specifically, the requirement is for someone who can easily read and interpret code, ideally with a previous background in software development. This person will work closely with developers and subject matter experts and will be tasked with eliciting, interpreting, challenging and documenting technical requirements. Skills required include;

• Must have previous experience working as a Business Analyst - requirements, workshop facilitation, technical documentation skills required
• Must be technically astute, able to talk technology with software developers and ask meaningful questions to get the right output when capturing technical requirements and formalising into technical documentation
• Previous experience with C#, SQL and Azure preferred - we will consider candidates who have experience of only have some of the 3 listed
• Ability to map out as-is architecture, working collaboratively with leadership team and subject matter experts
