Job description

I am currently looking for a Technical Solution Manager with deep Sitecore knowledge to manage daily (technical) coordination between the Service Manager and support teams as well as some other IT and business resources. This is for one of our customers in Finland.

The consultant required for this project is someone who is able to translate business needs into a technical solution as well as coaching offshore teams to get this done and strong communication skills are required to be successful at this role.
The teams to be supported would mainly be offshore of 5-10 people, though if involvement is needed in some project tasks, teams can be on-shore, too.
Work can be done partly remote. On-site working is required for at least 2-3 days in a week.

Main tasks in the project:

  • Solution design, overall architecture and technical co-ordination for public web and other web page related tools e.g. Marketing automation etc including integrations to 3rd party tools.
  • The technical solution in terms of fit for purpose and drive of process efficiency and continual improvements.
  • Demand evaluation facilitate requirement gatherings with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Review and sign-off technical designs and work estimates.
  • Supervise build, test and deployment activities - quality assurance.
  • Release Planning.
  • Cooperation between all internal and external IT teams, business teams and delivery partners.
  • Ensure design guidelines and recommended practices are followed.
  • Support the technical team with resolving high priority incidents.

Required skills:

  • Deep expertise in technical solution design and architecture.
  • Experienced in working with business and IT and coaching offshore teams.
  • Deep Sitecore knowledge.
  • Knowledge of release planning and quality assurance.
