Technology Delivery Manager - Financial Services

My client is a leading wealth management company, currently hiring for a Agile Technology Delivery Manager to join their technology platforms team.

You will be responsible for governing multiple projects across 2 key value streams and acting as the escalation point for scrum masters within the relevant teams. You will also contribute to the business' agile centre of excellence and encourage best agile practice throughout the teams. This role will hold key responsibility for senior stakeholders within the business and operate at portfolio level.

Skills/experience:

• Experience working on technology projects with good knowledge around architecture principles and software development lifecycle.
• Strong agile/scrum experience (preferably SAFe agile experience).
• Experience working as a scrum master or agile champion
• Experience managing multiple teams at once
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills

Salary - up to £75,000 plus bonus + benefits package

Location - Horsham or Brighton/Remote
