Tooling Analyst

Tooling Analyst opportunity working for a market leader, this organisation is an international organisation and one of the world's best-known brands. Reporting into the Head of Infrastructure Transformation this is a newly created role in the business working within a revamped infrastructure and operations team who are now scaling to meet the needs of this ever-growing business

This role has been created to transform the toolset and configuration to support the drive towards the organisations goal of creating service excellence for the customer. You will be recognised as the key subject matter expert in this aspect with the expectation that you will develop a framework that continuously identifies capability risks and opportunities. You will be proactive in approach always looking towards the future and how tooling investments would further develop and enhance the customer proposition.

Key skills that are required in the role include process mapping, proven ability to work with functional experts in the areas of configuration management, process assurance, continuous improvement and delivery, the ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams and the demonstrable experience of managing relationships across a complex supply chain. Relationship skills and business partnering expertise are key.
