Training and eLearning Lead

I have an immediate contract opportunity for a Training & eLearning Lead to be part of an intense programme of transformational change in the North West of England. You will be helping an online retailer shifting the organisation forward from Legacy IT Solutions to a faster and more Agile way of working that is customer driven.

This is an opportunity for a Training Lead with a background in Buying and Merchandising to demonstrate their experience of eLearning tools (uPerform). This is a long term technology transformation with an online retailer where you will be involved from the beginning of the transformation programme.

About the role:

• Define and develop a role-based curriculum and delivery plan with a team of instructional designers
• Deliver capability and system adoption (Oracle RMS is advantageous)
• Demonstrate your experience across face to face training and eLearning (experience using uPerform is preferred)
• Previous experience in Buying and Merchandising is beneficial as a strong understanding of the retail life cycle is required
