Transformation Consultant

My client is a global technology business that is looking to build an in-house consultancy team. Due to their 30% growth over the last 3 years, they are currently looking for a specialist Business Transformation Consultants to help deliver a large portfolio of change.

My client is looking for an individual that is passionate about delivery of Top Line Transformation strategy, whilst having the ability to work directly with key stakeholders, board members and C-Suite, allowing you to directly impact and innovate global organisations.

This role is perfect if you are looking to move away from the corporate constraints of consulting and into a more entrepreneurial environment.

There are mid range and senior positions available.

You must have experience with the following:

- Business transformation delivery

- Senior stakeholder management

- Come from a big 4 consultancy OR managed a large transformation project
