UAT Coordinator - London Markets - 500 per day
My client, a leading London Market Insurer are currently looking for a Test coordinator to join the Business Change department. The main focus centred on the coordination, support and management of the User/Business acceptance phases of testing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the UAT testing processes across multiple projects
- Prepare and maintain test strategies & plans
- Provide feedback to the 3rd party and internal teams via a structured defect management process
- Engage with the business to ensure that the test scripts will support delivery of a 'fit for purpose' solution
- Prepare manual test scripts for; User Acceptance Testing & Regression Testing
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in accordance to the test strategy, including training, advising, and consulting with business stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with business users to act as the key interface between the users, the project team and 3rd party suppliers
- Liaise with end users, the project team, IT and suppliers to ensure timely defect resolution
- Maintain complete traceability of requirements to test cases, and issue management
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience coordinating / leading User Acceptance Testing. The Ideal candidate should also have some hands-on test experience
- Experience of coordinating test activities and dealing with different stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, including external third-party suppliers
- London Market Insurance knowledge and experience is essential
