UK SOX - Learning Manager - INTERIM

We are looking for a controls expert to join our UK SOX programme for a period of 12-18 months to own and drive the development of our internal controls training program and to help develop and collate our UK SOX methodology. You'll be passionate and skilled in controls principles, auditing principles and familiar with SOX in other contexts to support us to upskill our people on the right things in the right way.

1. UK SOX Learning Roadmap
- Collaborate with other members of the UK SOX Programme team to assess the stakeholder groups across the business that require training, communications and support as part of the UK SOX roll out.
- Identify key learning needs of each stakeholder group.
- Develop a prioritised roadmap of training content to be developed to meet the learning needs of our stakeholders, identifying the inputs, outputs and milestones.
- Track progress against the learning roadmap throughout the time.

2. UK SOX training content
- Using technical knowledge, create training content as per the roadmap. Training may span from 'An introduction to SOX' to technical topics such as Management Review Controls.
- Engage stakeholders where relevant to help build relevant training.
- Propose innovative and interesting formats to present training to engage different audiences.
- Create supporting material for training, for example: speaker notes, test questions, follow up material.

3. UK SOX Methodology
- Develop structure and key areas our UK SOX methodology should address.
- Work with other members of the UK SOX Programme to develop our methodology, acting as the central point to manage its collation.
- Align all training material with our methdology to ensure we're consistent in our messaging.
- Administer a central repository of materials for people across the business to access to find out more about UK SOX.
