VP Finance

A hugely exciting VP Finance opportunity has arisen to work for a leading Private Equity backed Software business based in South West London.

The organisation continues to grow aggressively through M&A activity and its potential is extremely impressive.

The VP Finance will effectively act as Deputy CFO and will be expected to challenge senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will also manage the relationship with investors, assisting with strategic support.

Key responsibilities:

• Create KPI's & dashboards for investors
• Assist with due diligence process and negotiations on potential acquisitions
• Transform existing finance structure to support new requirements
• Integrate new & previous acquisitions
• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial management accounts
• Ensure the group taxes are paid and calculated correctly and on time
• To plan and control the annual budgeting exercise and maintain group-wide forecasts
• To handle the day to day aspects of the annual audit group-wide, including preparation of draft accounts in statutory format for audit
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

To be considered for this position you must:

• Be a qualified accountant
• Have proven experience working in a senior finance position within software/tech
• Have experience of private equity reporting
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders
• Have proven transformation & integration experience
