VP of Finance

A Global Private Equity backed Technology business based in London are looking for a VP of Finance. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to gain excellent exposure in a business showing double digit growth through various acquisitions.

As effectively the number two to the CFO, you will manage the ROW finance team in the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• To oversee the daily processes of the finance department
• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial management accounts
• Ensure the group taxes are paid and calculated correctly and on time
• To plan and control the annual budgeting exercise and maintain a group-wide forecasts
• To handle the day to day aspects of the annual audit group-wide, including preparation of draft accounts in statutory format for audit
• Oversee and control the forecast cashflow
• To deputise for the CFO.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

To be considered for this position you must:

• Be a qualified accountant
• Have worked in a senior finance position in software/tech
• Have experience of private equity reporting
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders
• Have previous experience in managing a well-run finance team
• Have proven transformation & integration experience
