Education - WBL Assessment Leader role
London (remote for the foreseeable)
6 weeks initially (likely to extend)
c37.5 hours a week
Up to £110pd (based on 37.5 hour week)
ASAP start

Looking for applicants from an admin / data management background. This individual will be answering lots of questions and queries, via email and phone. System skills required.
Previous experience with this client would be v helpful!

About the Role:

This role plays a key part in the delivery of all related assessment aspects for a selection of vocational qualifications, assessments and services, and is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of assessment content and outcomes in their assigned area. This role requires the post holder to be able to deliver key assessment tasks, in a high pressured and regulated environment on time and accurately.

Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer queries
Use customer relationship management tools to identify opportunities to support customers further and improve the customer experience
Data Management
Analyse assessment performance data with a view to making improvements and defending decisions in relation to pass marks or the setting of grade boundaries.
Implement and monitor Risk-ratings for BTEC / WBL QA Quality Management
Will be able to follow tight timelines with accuracy and escalate issues if they occur
Responsible for accurate Content and Assessment management for their allocated assessments Responding to key external or internal requirements, and with continued improvement and simplification in mind.
Relationship Management Will build and maintain successful relationships with all our external and internal partners
Managing performance of contractors
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate content production and timely assessment results
Equip stakeholders with necessary content production tools, information and resources, to ensure agreed outcomes and deadlines are achieved whilst maintaining quality

Qualifications:
The postholder will: Hold a degree or other relevant qualification or experience

Additional info:
Start date ASAP.
* Position has come about due the existing team member leaving, and replacement not yet recruited.
* 37.5 working week
* No travel
* Straight hires

Systems required / to be learnt 1. IQS 2. AA Gateway 3. Edexcel 4. QMA 5. Google sheets / excel skills highly preferable
