Workday Compensation & Reward Consultant - Remote - Up to £500 per day inside IR35


This is an opportunity to join an organisation doing a full global Workday implementation across HR & Finance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all functional, process mapping, testing and governance deployment activities for Reward, Compensation & Adv Compensation
  • Post go live optimisation activities
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including the SI Partner, PMO, and HR, Finance and Procurement SME's.


Successful Candidates:

  • Workday Reward & Compensation experience is essential
  • Worked in implementation & optimisation
  • Able to work collaboratively and support the team remotely
