Workday Compensation Specialist

Our client requires a Workday Compensation Lead to work on the Global HRIS team and be the Workday lead for compensation. The role is responsible for BAU compensation changes and key part of the project team to deliver annual salary reviews through Workday. As a member of the global HRIS team the individual will recommend best solutions to meet the business outcomes for the reward COE (technical and business process) following the HRIS release process to deliver regular Change requests. This role will report to the Global HRIS manager

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with the CoE reward owner for changes according to the business needs
  • Deliver and advice on regular comp changes (mini projects /improvements) based on Workday Release calendar - responsible for design, configuration, testing and implementation
  • Lead the Workday elements of the annual salary review
  • Responsible for the product roadmap and influence business solutions based on this
  • Transfer knowledge to offshore support team for BAU activities
  • Manage wider Workday projects with the team - lots of opportunity to experience different modules and drive improvements across Workday
