Job description
Workday Consultant Contract - INSIDE IR35
Our client requires a Workday Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert in 2 or more of following modules in Workday - HCM; Talent & Performance; Security; Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and administration of Workday
- Provides subject matter specialism
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and proposes solutions
- Acts as an internal consultant regarding system capabilities, providing recommendations via effective communications to stakeholders
- Investigation and issue resolution of errors/issues
- Updates and maintains documentation
Experience
Essential:
- Advanced knowledge in Workday
- Workday experience in 2 or more of following modules in Workday - HCM; Talent & Performance; Security; Reporting
Preferred:
- Experience in any of the following modules - Workday Recruit; Workday Case Management
- EIB experience
Functional / Technical Competencies:
Essential
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS
- Good working knowledge of Workday, ideally in a complex multi entity and multinational organisation
- Subject matter expertise of HR business processes; ability to document processes and generate clear and concise business requirements for non-technical audiences
- Ability to identify and articulate options to stakeholders and influence decisions based on facts and analysis
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Understanding of GDPR and local EMEA data legislations
Education / Qualifications:
Preferred:
- Workday Certified
Duration - 6 Months +
Start date- ASAP
Location - 2 Days per week onsite in Central London
