Workday HRIS Manager - Surrey/London - Up to £55,000

An exceptional world-leading brand are seeking a Workday HRIS Manager to join their business in a permanent capacity and enhance the HRIS offering. Working with key stakeholders in the People Team and Exec level to optimise how the organisation uses the Workday Product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and implementing new Workday releases and optimising the product
  • Responsible for owning, updating and communicating the change and release roadmap
  • Work with project teams to ensure the new features are implemented
  • Work with the Communications team to deliver change activities to ensure adoption
  • Partner closely with Technology, the People Systems Manager and functional leads

Successful candidates:

  • Experience in Workday HR & Payroll
  • Track record of using data and systems effectively in a HR/people environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
