JOB DESCRIPTION: |
Overall Purpose of Role: This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of Workday for HR processes and the integration of Workday with the existing ERP (Oracle R12). |
Responsibilities:- Support the Group Finance and HR Functions in build, design and implementation of Workday for HR processes and integration with existing Oracle R12 ERP
- Support planning and implementation of new department processes and procedures required as a result of the system changes
- Perform data migration activities and undertake reconciliations and checks to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Other ad hoc activities in respect of HR-Finance processes as directed

PERSON SPECIFICATION: |
Academic and Professional Qualifications Required:- Qualified Accountant (1-3 years minimum PQE) with a recognised accounting body (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
|
Required Knowledge and Level of Experience:- Required: Workday HR practical experience
- Required: Intermediate MS Excel
- Required: Complex ERP experience
- Required: HR/Finance system implementation experience
- Preferred: Oracle R12 experience
|
Skills set and Core Competencies Required for Role:- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Meticulous and thorough, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management, ability to prioritise to ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time to a high quality
- Ability to communicate financial and technical information clearly
