JOB DESCRIPTION:


Overall Purpose of Role:
This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of Workday for HR processes and the integration of Workday with the existing ERP (Oracle R12).


Responsibilities:
  • Support the Group Finance and HR Functions in build, design and implementation of Workday for HR processes and integration with existing Oracle R12 ERP
  • Support planning and implementation of new department processes and procedures required as a result of the system changes
  • Perform data migration activities and undertake reconciliations and checks to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Other ad hoc activities in respect of HR-Finance processes as directed

PERSON SPECIFICATION:


Academic and Professional Qualifications Required:
  • Qualified Accountant (1-3 years minimum PQE) with a recognised accounting body (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)


Required Knowledge and Level of Experience:
  • Required: Workday HR practical experience
  • Required: Intermediate MS Excel
  • Required: Complex ERP experience
  • Required: HR/Finance system implementation experience
  • Preferred: Oracle R12 experience


Skills set and Core Competencies Required for Role:
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Meticulous and thorough, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritise to ensure all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time to a high quality
  • Ability to communicate financial and technical information clearly
