Workday Prism Specialist

I am currently looking for a Workday Prism Specialist to join our customer on a remote 3 month contract.

Whilst the contract is fully remote, you will be working to the CEST time zone (1 hour ahead of the UK).

Skillsets needed: Workday PRISM & Advance Reporting experience in Workday. Work with stakeholders to design Workday PRISM and Dashboard model based on best practises and in adherence to project scope.

Job Description:

• Should have minimum 6-8 Years of Workday PRISM& Advance Reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (Workday PRISM, Advanced Workday Report Writer, Worksheet and Calculated Field proficiency a must).
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect, organize and analyze reporting requirements and visualize the requirements using Workday Prism Analytics platform.
• Good hands-on experience with all type of Workday custom report Simple, Advanced, Composite, Matrix, nbox, Search, Trending and Transposed.
• Strong ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies is a big plus, such as Hadoop ecosystems.
• Familiarity with tableau and converting the dashboard into Workday using PRISM.
• Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop Workday reporting and dashboard.
• Good Workday Functional knowledge on Talent, Absence, Performance, Core HCM, Compensation and Security to support reporting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
